Shedemic: How Women Are Faring Nearly Two Years Into The Pandemic

End of the year posts. Hum…

So, I thought of what to post or if I should even post anything for the end of the year. I’m not about a cookie-cutter approach to be posting for the sake of posting because it’s the end of the year or to sell or to persuade anyone to a cause. I simply want to end with how important it is to find your voice, to use it, and to remember your purpose.

My recent radio interview reminded me of my Why. Honestly, I'm not sure I've slowed down enough this year to see my accomplishments, strengths, challenges, tenacity, and resiliency during an abnormal (pandemic) happening.

I end this year feeling super blessed, grateful, thankful, thankful, thankful, and thankful. Going into 2022 I feel so hopeful. Above all else, pandemic or otherwise, I am looking forward to seeing how the good Lord will continue to use me to be a blessing to others.

Thank you, my sister, Tikneshia Beauford (Tish), and KGNU Community Radio for asking me to speak to your audience. What an honor and privilege. Radio Interview Here.
